Last quarter I was too busy to write up my books so I gave in and called your firm in.  You bent over backwards to make the process easy for me. Rather than sending in my papers to you, you sent a lovely gentleman called Kyri to me. And when a last minute photographic assignment cropped up, you were able to reschedule.

Kyri did in two days what took me a week. He even came early and left late to get the job done. Your charges are more than reasonable. In conclusion, I am now really kicking myself that I didn’t get you in a couple of years ago. The opportunity cost lost through me writing up my own books rather than making money by going about my own business is enormous.

Tanuka, you run a great operation at N. Saha & Co. I am sure that your Dad (as founder of the business) would be enormously proud of you, and I will be singing your praises to anyone who has a bookkeeping issue, and many of those who don’t!

I think you can add life-saver to your book-keeper job title.

In May, at the end of my financial year… I was not able to get the information out of the system in a format the accountant could use.

As a result, they asked me to re-enter data for my entire financial year into an Excel spreadsheet.
